Wholesale iPhone FAQ
Practical answers for distributors and procurement teams evaluating batch supply.
Buyer Q&A
Do you support mixed model orders?
Yes. You can combine multiple models and capacities in one RFQ for consolidated procurement planning.
How should we choose grade mix?
Select based on your end-market tolerance and margin strategy. Premium, Excellent, and Good can be quoted in parallel.
Is MOQ fixed?
Our standard RFQ window is 5–200 units per order (5-unit trial supported). Above 200 units we plan staged batches; final allocation depends on stock depth for your model mix.
What drives quote response speed?
Complete RFQ details, clear target market, and defined quantity intent usually reduce back-and-forth and speed up quoting.
How are DOA cases handled?
DOA is handled through agreed claim windows and evidence review, then resolved by replacement, credit, or adjustment.
Is this a retail storefront flow?
No. This channel is structured for wholesale B2B procurement and not for retail consumer checkout rights.
Can I prioritize one color mix across a batch?
Yes. Color preference can be included in RFQ and is matched based on active stock and rotation.
Do you support urgent replenishment requests?
Urgent requests can be flagged in RFQ and are handled according to current stock depth and dispatch feasibility.
