Devices sold by Refurb Market are professionally refurbished and/or pre-owned electronic devices.

Prior to resale, devices are functionally tested and commercially reset, including deletion of prior user data in accordance with our refurbishment standards.

Cosmetic condition is assessed and disclosed according to our applicable Condition Guide. Minor cosmetic variance consistent with the stated grade does not constitute a defect.

3. Pricing, Availability, and Order Acceptance

Product availability, pricing, and specifications may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or cancel orders where required for compliance, fraud prevention, inventory correction, or payment verification.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Refurb Market and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, products or services purchased through this website.

In all cases where liability is not otherwise excluded, Refurb Market’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
